    Really nice place for the occasional morning tea, during the week often quiet and the food / coffee NEVER disappoints.

    I was recommended the old mill by a lovely gentleman at the Orange night markets however I feel this cafe really missed the mark. The service was slow, they messed up our order and we had to wait 20 minutes extra for our meal while others at our table ate their meals. Paying the bills was a mess as they do not split bills and they do not offer any alterations to their menu - literally you cannot just get poached eggs on toast with tomatoes on the side, you have to buy a “big breakfast” and have the meat removed and yes you will have to pay the full cost despite not having bacon or sausages. Overall not impressed. Would not recommended.

    OMG - the best carrot cake I have ever tasted. My daughter and I shared a carrot cake and we were practically beating each other off with the spoons! Lovely wait staff too. The place was packed and little wonder. Cant wait to taste that cake again!!

    This lovely place has the best fish and chips I have ever eaten and the individual lemon meringue pie was perfect. I can't recommend it highly enough.
